Fortruck metal struts have an invented unique approach in fastening the load strap and releasing it. Namely, the quick-release wire rope passes through the strut from the inside and is protected against branches or sticks, so the quick-release is protected against unwanted opening. Excessive spending/kilograms and hole drilling inside the frame/intermediate frame are also cancelled, as the winch and quick-release are already attached to the strut. If necessary, the hand winch and quick-release can be raised to the next pair of poles to change the position of the load strap operation, which cannot be done for poles from other manufacturers. Also in the case of an accident when the log load has overturned, such a solution keeps the tree notes more firmly between the struts and they do not so easily fly apart. Fortruck struts have passed the corresponding tests and hold the post-test certificates of licensed engineers.
